Managing Burnout in the Midst of Crisis

Chelsea Williamson, MSW, LCSW, a therapist with Princeton House Behavioral Health, will cover the warning signs, helpful skills and tools to manage stress and burnout, available resources, and how to reach out for help. There will be time for audience questions.
