Internship: This program will provide support for teachers in training who wish to make the transition to teaching mindfulness independently. Interns will co-teach or teach independently with supervision and receive guidance and feedback from a senior instructor.
Teacher Review Meetings: During this 8-week program mindfulness teachers join together for weekly 90 minute meetings where they will explore shared themes that arise within the experience of teaching and offer peer guidance and feedback. Participants must be actively teaching in some capacity and a willingness to record these classes and share for group review is required for participation
Individual Supervision and Consultation: Established mindfulness teachers will receive regular supervision from and consultation with senior instructors of the Penn Program for Mindfulness.
