Philly Fights Cancer 2015: The Inaugural Event

A Look Back at Philly Fights Cancer 2015

Over 1,000 people came together on October 10, 2015 to take cancer down for the count at the inaugural Philly Fights Cancer! The celebration helped raise $3.5 million to support translational research and clinical trials at Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center. This success would not have been possible without the commitment and generous support of the ACC's loyal donor community.

A heartfelt “thank you” to Madlyn and Leonard Abramson, Nancy Wolfson, Richard Vague, the 2015 Philly Fights Cancer Committee, and all of our sponsors

Their partnership in this new and exciting endeavor is instrumental and will help bring research to life—advancing the ACC’s ability to translate innovative scientific discoveries into humanistic, comprehensive, and compassionate care.  Thank you for providing new opportunities and hope to cancer patients and their families.
