If you would like a video tape of one of our
episodes of Penn Vital Signs, please follow the
instructions below. DVDs
are available of specific shows for an additional
fee.
Residents of Pennsylvania,
New Jersey and Delaware:
We provide free
tapes and shipping. To order a copy of one or
more of our shows, please complete the Tape
Request Form. You will receive your tape(s)
in 12-14 weeks.
Residents of all other
states:
Our shows are available for a charge of $10.00
per show. To order a copy of one or more of our
shows, please use the Order
Form. You will receive your tape(s) 12-14
weeks after receipt of your order and payment.
Residents outside the
United States:
Our shows are available for a charge. Please
use our International
Tape Request Form and be sure to include your
email address. Our International Department will
inform you of the cost based on the shipping fee
to your country; at that point you will be asked
to confirm or cancel your request.
