Register for Classes

If you would like to be added to our mail list or find out more information about our program, please contact us.

To register and thus reserve a seat in a class, PPM requires the registrant to complete a  registration form and pay a $100 deposit. (Full payment is preferred to a deposit.) We must have your completed registration form and deposit to hold a seat for you. A completed registration form AND a brief telephone interview with one of PPM staff is required before class participation can be confirmed.

** Please note that snail mail can take up to 3 weeks to get to our office. If we do not receive your form by the registration deadline (even if it is postmarked before this date), or if classes fill up in the meanwhile, we may not be able to register you in to the program.

Penn Program for Mindfulness Staff reserves the right to deny any individual program participation for nondiscriminatory reasons, such as the safety of the program participants or staff, or the best interests of program participants.
