The Penn Program for Mindfulness provides a variety of programs featuring Mindfulness-Based Tools for Living. Our signature eight-week stress management program is offered three times a year: (Fall, Winter and Spring) in eight convenient locations in PA, NJ and DE.

Individuals who complete our eight week program can continue to refine and enhance their practice with a variety of topic-specific programs to choose from throughout the year.

Foundation Stress Management Course

Our eight-week public program is conducted three times per year (fall, winter and spring) and is a thorough introduction to mindfulness meditation.
