The Penn Program for Mindfulness provides a variety of programs featuring Mindfulness–Based Tools for Living. Our signature eight–week stress management program is offered three times a year (fall, winter and spring) in eight convenient locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Individuals who complete our eight week program can continue to refine and enhance their practice with a variety of topic–specific programs to choose from throughout the year.
Foundation Stress Management Course
This eight–week public program provides a thorough introduction to mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and enhance quality of life.

An introduction to mindfulness and mindfulness practices through various topical events and workshops.
