The Penn Program for Mindfulness teaches you how to manage the stresses of life with powerful mindfulness-based tools. Our programs will teach you how to actively manage the range of challenges that you face in life while you learn to enhance well-being, improve relationships, and increase productivity. Based on the pioneering work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, we have adapted traditional mindfulness and mindfulness-based meditation techniques for use in our fast-paced culture.
The highly qualified instructors at the Penn Program for Mindfulness each have decades of experience in adapting an ancient science to modern needs. Graduates of our program report dramatically improved mood, decreased stress, and increased enjoyment of life.
