"Welcome to the Penn Program for Mindfulness. We adapt traditional meditation-based techniques and make them practical, easy to learn, and relevant to modern life. We apply mindfulness and meditation to meet the real needs of our culture and our world. More than 5,000 individuals in our region have learned how to use our mindfulness-based tools for living in ways that help them to manage stress, cope with change, enhance communication, deepen relationships, and cultivate personal and professional growth."
