The Patient and Guest Relations office can also assist you with information regarding:
- Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.
- Advance directives.
- Pastoral care.
- Facing difficult decisions (ethical issues).
The Penn Presbyterian Patient and Guest Relations Department is located on the first floor Wrights Saunders Building, Suite 185 across from the Human Resources office. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. After hours you may leave a message at 215-662-9100. Calls will be returned on the next business day. If your call is of an urgent nature you may call 215-662-8000.
The Patient and Guest Relations staff members are available to assist you with:
- Advocacy and Issue Resolution.
- Directions and parking information.
- General guide to the campus and maps.
- Hearing impaired (combination TTY and telephone).
- Information on local lodging, restaurants, and transportation.
- Language interpreter services (CyraCom language telephone).
- Long-term patient discount parking.
- Television and telephone service.
