Parking at the Perelman Center

Penn Medicine is committed to providing convenient, safe and customer friendly self-parking and valet parking for patients, patient families and visitors.

Parking garages are available at the Perelman Center, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and Penn Tower. Valet parking is available at the Perelman Center and HUP.

Valet parkers dropping their vehicle off at one valet location can retrieve their vehicle at the other valet location, e.g. a vehicle dropped off at the HUP main valet can be retrieved at the Perelman Center valet.

Parking must be paid for prior to departing. To accommodate this requirement, a cashier for the garage and valet is located in the Perelman Center lobby behind the concierge desk. Pay-on-foot machines are located on each garage level: P-1, P-2 and P-3. Attendants will be available to assist parkers with navigating the pay-on-foot machines.

The Perelman Center parking services office is located on Level P-1 of the parking garage. If you have any questions, please contact UPHS Parking and Transportation at 215-349-8276.

Parking for our patients and visitors is available at the Penn Tower Garage and throughout the Penn campus. The Penn Tower Garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Self-Park

Penn Tower Garage: 24-hours-a-day

Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine: M-F 5 am to 11 pm, Sat 7 am to 2 pm, closed Sun:

For ages 62 and over: $1 discount for up to three hours, $2 discount for three hours or more.

Valet Parking

Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine: M-F 5:30 am to 10 pm, closed Sat & Sun

Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Main Entrance: M-F 6 am to 10 pm; closed Sat & Sun

For ages 62 and over: $1 discount for up to three hours, $2 discount for three hours or more.

Long-Term Parking

Family members requiring long-term parking can purchase a parking pass at the cashier's office. The cashier's office is open 7:30 am to 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday and is located on 1 Silverstein in HUP. The $70 pass is good for 15 consecutive days and provides unlimited in/out access to the Penn Tower Garage only. There is no reimbursement for days that are not used.
