The phone is answered by an automated system and offers the following options and corresponding numbers to press:

2 – Speak to a nurse or doctor
3 – Schedule an appointment
4 – Request a prescription refill
5 – Request a referral
6 – Request a copy of immunization records
7 – Speak with someone regarding a billing question

After hours, all calls are directed to an answering service. The on–call physician will respond within 30 minutes. If you have a call–block feature on your phone, please turn it off to avoid any delay in returning your call.
