About Our Team

The Living Well program is led by David Mintzer, MD, who is board certified in medical oncology and palliative care. The program coordinator is Dana Marcone, MSW, LSW, a licensed social worker with experience working with older adults. Clara Granda-Cameron, MSN, CRNP, is the palliative care nurse practitioner affiliated with the program.*

The team communicates and works closely with the patient's primary care physician and other treating specialists.
