The Penn Hand and Wrist Service uses a multidisciplinary approach to treating hand and wrist problems that includes physicians, nurses and therapists with advanced training in hand, wrist and elbow disorders. The team designs an individualized treatment plan for every patient.

The Penn Hand and Wrist Service has received grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation (OREF) to research groundbreaking technology in the treatment of hand, wrist and elbow disorders and trauma.
