The Penn Center for Low Vision Rehabilitation provides low vision evaluation and rehabilitation to individuals whose vision cannot be improved medically or surgically.  The practice also houses a geriatric optometry program.

From West Philadelphia
Go east on Chestnut Street towards Center City.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From the West via I-76 East
Take I-76 East to Exit 345/30th Street Station.  Stay to the right on I-76 as you approach Exit 345.  At the top of the ramp, bear right and follow the curve to the left around 30th Street Station.  Make a right turn onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From the South via I-95 North
Take I-95 North past Philadelphia International Airport to Exit 13 (follow all signs for I-76 West/Central Philadelphia).  After crossing the Platt Bridge, proceed about a ¼ mile to the traffic light and turn left (continue to follow signs for I-76 West).  Continue on I-76 West past University Avenue Exit and take Exit 345/30th Street Station.  Make a left onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From the North and Northeast via I-95 South
Take I-95 south to the I-676/Central Philadelphia exit.  Follow I-676 West through Central Philadelphia to the exit for I-76 East/Philadelphia International Airport.  Merge right immediately and take Exit 345/30th Street Station.  At the top of the ramp, bear right and follow the curve to the left around 30th Street Station.  Make a right turn onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From the Ben Franklin Bridge
Follow I-676 West through Central Philadelphia to the exit for I-76 East/Philadelphia International Airport.  Merge right immediately and take Exit 345/30th Street Station.  At the top of the ramp, bear right and follow the curve to the left around 30th Street Station.  Make a right turn onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From the Walt Whitman Bridge
Stay on I-76 West to Exit 345/30th Street Station.  At the top of the exit ramp, cross Chestnut Street and continue for one block to Market Street.  Make a left onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.

From New Jersey and New York City
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 3.  Follow Route 168 North (Blackhorse Pike) to the Walt Whitman Bridge.  Cross the bridge and stay on I-76 West to Exit 345/30th Street Station.  At the top of the exit ramp, cross Chestnut Street and continue for one block to Market Street.  Make a left onto Market Street.  Follow Market Street to 39th Street and turn left.  Turn left onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left on 38th Street.  Go one short block and turn right onto Ludlow Street.  The parking lot is one block to the right on Ludlow Street.  There is a wheelchair access door adjacent to the parking lot.
