Penn Eye Care at the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) is located on the second floor of the Gates Building.  The practice offers a full range of eye care services, and in the Fall 2006, a state-of -the-art optical shop will open to meet your optical and eyewear needs.

From Northeastern Areas via I-95 South
From I-95 South, follow Exit 22 for I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway).  Follow I-676 to exit for I-76 East, International Airport.  Follow I-76 East to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from the left lane).  Turn right at the light onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th St., for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From the West via the Pennsylvania Turnpike
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 326 (old exit 24), Valley Forge.  Take I-76 East approximately 17 miles to Exit 346A, South St. (exit from the left lane).  Turn right onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From the North via I-476 South
Take I-476 South to Exit 20 (old exit 25A), Mid-County.  After toll, continue south on I-476 to Exit 16A for I-76 East/Schuylkill Expressway-Philadelphia.  Follow I-76 East for approximately 17 miles to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from the left lane).  Turn right on to South Street, then left at the third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From the South via – 95 North
Take I-95 North to Exit 13, I-76 West - Valley Forge.  Merge right to exit for Center City.  Cross the bridge and turn left at the light to I-76 West.  Follow I-76 West to Exit 346A, South St. (exit from left lane).  Turn left onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From New Jersey via New Jersey Turnpike
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 3, then the Black Horse Pike (Rte. 168 North) for one mile to I-295 South.  Go one mile to Exit 26, I-76 west to the Walt Whitman Bridge.  Cross the Bridge onto I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from left lane).  Turn left onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

Alternate Route from New Jersey and points East
Take the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to 676 West (Vine Street Expressway).  Follow I-676 to exit for I-76 East, International Airport.  Follow I-76 East to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from the left lane).  Turn right onto South Street then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From Montgomery County via I-76 East
Take I-76 East to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from the left lane).  Turn right onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From West of Philadelphia
Travel east on Chestnut or Spruce St. to 34th St. Turn right onto 34th St. for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From Center City
Travel west on Market or Walnut Street to 34th Street.  Turn left on 34th Street and cross over Spruce Street for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.

From Northeast Philadelphia
Take Roosevelt Boulevard to I-76 East.  Take I-76 East to Exit 346A, South Street (exit from the left lane).  Turn right onto South Street, then left at third traffic light, 34th Street, for the main entrance of the Hospital and valet parking.  For Penn Tower parking garage, continue past the Hospital and turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, then left into garage.
