With more than 3,500 babies born each year, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania continues to be a leader in caring for women and families. For more than two centuries our physicians, midwives, nurses and staff have touched the lives of thousands of families and generations of Philadelphians have been born at the Hospital at 34th and Spruce Streets.
