Skin Care Tips

  • Wear sunblock with an SPF of 15 every day. Many moisturizers and foundations are available with sunblock.
  • Soap and water? Many specialists disagree whether this is right for your skin. If you like using soap, choose a moisturizing soap without colors or perfumes.
  • Gently wash your face. Abrasive washing can aggravate conditions like adult acne.
  • Moisturize after your shower when your skin is still damp. It plumps up the skin and hides fine wrinkles.
  • Don't waste your money on designer products for basic skin care. Our experts agree that many generic products in your local drugstore work just as well.
  • Schedule a skin care analysis with a dermatologist or clinical esthetician to learn your skin type and what products work best for you.
