New Location! The Birthing Suite at Pennsylvania Hospital

Expectant mothers have an excellent delivery alternative at Pennsylvania Hospital’s Birthing Suite. The Birthing Suite gives you and your family the opportunity for a low- or no-intervention birth in a warm, comfortable setting.

The Birthing Suite has moved from the Spruce Building and is now situated within Pennsylvania Hospital — adjacent to the Hospital's labor and delivery floor. Should urgent medical care be required during birth, you have immediate access to the Hospital's advanced medical services and intensive care nursery.

Prenatal care and delivery are provided by Pennsylvania Hospital’s certified nurse midwives and obstetricians who take a personal, natural approach to childbirth. For more information call, 800-789-PENN (7366) or visit the Birthing Suite Web page.
