We have the unique distinction of partnering three premiere home health care services under one roof: Wissahickon Hospice, Penn Care at Home and Penn Infusion Therapy. With so many disciplines at our disposal, we have the ability to offer comprehensive treatment programs to every patient. With integrated services, Penn Home Care & Hospice Services is able to exchange information efficiently and therefore provide the best care to our patients while offering extraordinary opportunities for our nursing and clinical staffs to build their professional knowledge and skill levels.
