As one of the premiere academic medical centers in
the United States, the University of Pennsylvania Health
System offers exceptional employment opportunities
at every location.
Each of the entities within the University of Pennsylvania
Health System possess their own unique environments
but all share the same philosophy - a dedication to
high-quality patient care and service as well as advancing
medicine through research and education. Whether
you work within one of our three hospitals, our Clinical
Practices, our PennCare network, or our Home
Care and Hospice Services, you'll find a
culture as dedicated to your development as to the
care of our patients.
Because growth is essential to our continuing to meet
the current and future needs of our patients,
we continue to expand our capabilities. The Perelman
Center for Advanced Medicine is just one example.
Opening in 2008, it will also house the Roberts
Proton Therapy Center for cancer treatment, the first of its
kind in this region, which is due to open the following
year.
Also opening in the summer of 2008 will
be the Good Shepherd Penn Partners facility.
This expansion of Penn Rehab Services will include
a 38-bed long-term acute care unit that will
provide enhanced educational and research opportunities
related to the science of rehabilitation medicine.
When you choose to work with us in any one of our
entities, you can be sure to find an environment that
supports and sustains the needs of all employees, because
every person who works with us is vital. Whether working
directly with patients, or in an office or laboratory,
your contributions to this organization will be recognized
and rewarded.
UPHS will provide equal employment opportunities
for all qualified persons without regard to race,
color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender
identity, national origin, disability or status as
a disabled or Vietnam Era Veteran.
