Penn Home Infusion

Penn Home Infusion Therapy provides patients with necessary treatment and intravenous medication in the comfort of their own homes. Penn Medicine's infusion services are available in Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware.

Infusion therapy is medication delivered to a patient intravenously (through an IV). Many hematology/oncology patients require scheduled infusion therapies such as chemotherapy, immune globulin, pain medication or antibiotics.

Because each care plan is customized to the individual, Penn Home Infusion Therapy services allow patients the flexibility to schedule the timing and frequency of their treatment sessions as directed by their treatment team.

Penn's Multidisciplinary Approach to Care

Penn's infusion specialists are part of a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care that includes medical oncologists, hematologists, pain management specialists, infectious disease experts and registered dietitians.

As part of Penn Home Care and Hospice Services, Penn Home Infusion therapy offers a comprehensive and tailored treatment program to patients with even the most complex needs.
