Expansion of Cardiovascular Services to Affiliate Medical Centers
Penn Cardiac Care is now affiliated with four distinguished cardiovascular surgery programs at community medical centers in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern Delaware.
In 2007, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center, Brandywine Hospital, Phoenixville Hospital and Pocono Medical Center performed a combined total of 2,496 major cardiovascular surgeries.
