The four pairs of sinuses include the:
- Frontal sinuses (highlighted in red)
- Maxillary sinuses (highlighted in blue)
- Ethmoid sinuses (highlighted in yellow)
- Sphenoid sinuses (highlighted in orange)
The sinuses moisten and warm air that is filtered by the nose and play a role
in voice resonation.
