Making an Appointment
At OMS/Cosmetic Surgery Associates, the personal
consultation is free. During the consultation
we will help you determine whether you are a
candidate for hair transplantation, and will
help estimate the costs of your hair transplantation
procedures.
There are three ways to
set up your free consultation.

indicate in an email the
ones that most closely represent your current
hair loss. We will respond with consultation
information.
- Send non-returnable photos of
your scalp (front view and upper view)
plus your contact information to our office.

Fees
Fees for hair transplantation are
determined per session, not per graft. This ensures
that the maximum number of grafts will be placed
during each procedure. Each session will depend
on the size of the area undergoing the transplant.
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate
of the number of sessions required to provide
an attractive, natural result.
