The cost of our work at Penn Medicine can seem staggering. But just as great minds tackle complex problems one layer at a time, each gift brings us closer to our goal of improving the health and well-being of all. Individually, each person can make a difference. Collectively, we can solve society’s most pressing medical problems. You can help us make the difference.

Outright Gifts

You can donate immediately using our secure Online Giving form or send your check payable to The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania to:

Penn Medicine Development
3535 Market Street, Suite 750
Philadelphia, PA 19104

We also accept securities, often a wise choice because donors pay no capital gains tax while deducting the full value of the gift. Learn more about Giving Securities or contact Penn Medicine’s director of annual giving at (215) 898-0578 or UPHSgift@upenn.edu.

Making a Gift in Honor or in Memory of a Loved One

Many donors choose to make their gift in honor of a physician or other health care provider or in memory of a loved one who received care through Penn Medicine. You need only provide a name and contact information when sending your donation (see the address information above), and we will notify the honored person or family.

Gifts in Lieu of Flowers

To include information in public notices about donating to Penn Medicine in lieu of flowers or gifts, please include our address or contact Penn Medicine’s director of annual giving at (215) 898-0578 or UPHSgift@upenn.edu.
