Cherry Pear Crisp

Ingredients:
Topping
- 2 ¼ ounces of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
- ½
cup & 6 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
- ¼
cup & 8 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1 ¾ ounces margarine
Filling
- 1 pound & 10 ounces cherry pie filling
- 1 ¼ cup diced pears in lite syrup, drained
- 1 tablespoon & 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon & 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 4 ounces aluminum cups or 4 ounces ramekins
Procedure
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine oats, brown sugar and flour. Add margarine.
- Cut
margarine in until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
- Combine pie filling, pears, sugar, lemon juice,
cinnamon and almond extract. Mix well.
- Place approximately 3 ounces of filling in
each cup/ramekin. Spread topping over
filling in each
cup.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden
brown and filling is bubbly.
- Serve warm.
