New One-Way Traffic Pattern at HUP and Perelman Center

In April 2009, a new one-way traffic pattern
was implemented on the campus of the Hospital
of the University of Pennsylvania. Please continue
to use the University Avenue exit from I-76 when
driving to Penn.

Civic Center Boulevard is now one-way
southbound from the Hospital of the University
of Pennsylvania to Health Sciences Drive. Health
Sciences Drive becomes one-way northbound. This
one-way traffic loop around the Hospital of the
University Pennsylvania campus eases the traffic
flow around the hospital.
