Resource Connects is a free online tool powered by FindHelp.org. The tool helps members of the Penn Medicine community find support and resources such as food, transportation, housing, and more. It is available for our patients, community members, staff and their families.
How does it work?
To use Resource Connects, visit the website and search for the type of support or resource you need. You can also access Resource Connects from the homepage in MyChart by myPennMedicine. The website will provide you with a list of available resources in your area, and you can filter your search by location, service type or language.
Is Resource Connects only for Penn Medicine patients?
No, Resource Connects is available for everyone in the community, including Penn Medicine patients, community members, staff and their families. We are part of a greater Philadelphia collaborative working to expand access to valuable programs and services to support your needs. We are continuously working with local community organizations and health systems to make Resource Connects easier to use.
